East Anglia Pipe Band
Wintringham Pipers consists of three pipers from Wintringham, Cambridgeshire. On occasion, we are invited to form a larger band, with guest pipers and drummers joining us from bands across East Anglia. When performing as a larger ensemble, we are known as the East Anglia Pipe Band.
Souchez 2025
Using our alternative name of East Anglia Pipe Band, we once again joined the Somme Battlefield Pipe Band and 48th Highlanders of Holland for a great weekend of piping and fun at Souchez in France.
St Neots Armed Forces Weekend 15/16 June-25
We have attended this event for many years with our History Revisited Group and this year, we were there again at our living history camp.
We were dressed in the uniforms of the First Aid Nursing Yeomanry and the Scottish Horse in World War 1
This was an outing under East Anglia Pipe Band as there were 8 of us in total!
